Based in Toronto, Moncasa Caribbean Experience focuses entirely on their namesake, the Caribbean. Much like High Country Club who focused primarily on ski destinations when they launched, Moncasa will cater to the vast majority of destination club prospects who crave the beach getaway. Entering the destination club industry in 2008, Moncasa will tout a beach portfolio easily accessed by east coast members. Ultimately planning on 80 homes in 50 beach locations, Moncasa works as an equity club where members not only enjoy access to the luxury villas, homes and suites Moncasa plans to purchase but also the appreciation in that real estate.
